For claims of damage, missing product, or wrong product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will verify it and then process the refund or exchange.

If the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, customers may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
